"DHL Cold chain Manager Steve Malone and his dirty tactic backstabbing team of Kirsty, Bevan, Dolly and Abu Bakur in the cool store are creating aa atomosphere of illegally sharing private and confidential information between each other and if you share ideas that might create a more efficient workflow you are ousted. They will sabotage your workflow by purposely losing paperwork and labels or make you do a two man job by yourself to see if you stuff up and if you dont will hide paperwork, not print up labels yet make out youve lost them and then tell everyone that shouldnt know except for the team leader and Manager and then fire you because they dont like you. Im glad im not coming back there. Have the decency and respect your workers as you expect to be treated. Terrible environment not an all inclusive people environment unless you act dumber than the Manager and full timers otherwise youre mistreated from their jealousy and spitefulness. Never work for them. I hope they read this and change their ways in the future. But be aware...the Manager Steve Malone is breaching every privacy and confidentiality clause by telling his chosen workers wham he should be keeping to himself."
