"Not very helpful and dismissed my questions before I could fully explain. I was looking for a item in their catalogue. I asked about ordering components of a cable which is clearly visible as a product in the catalogue, to which the sales person replied "No mate, we don't sell components, if we did that we would go out of business, hahahaha" and "We don't make cables for motorcycles". He was not listening to my questions at all. Currently the item I requested was their conduits to suit light duty applications. It specifies they are available in certain lengths along with their weight for that length cable. The catalogue also shows items/components for their conduit. So the catalogue stipulates you can buy these components and cables but the sales rep say "No"?"
