"Not only unprofessional but rude. Owners don't have an idea of how to operate a business. exceptionally rude attitude towards customers and didn't hesitate to raise his voice Infront of customers and embarrass my Wife. She doesn't know much about tyres, wheel alignment etc. The owner expected her to understand and raised his voice at her. The moment I walked in the front door he decided to become super nice. If there was no man present he would try and overpower. Strong to the weak and weak to the strong is how to describe the Owner. We still went along with the job only to come across several problems. He told us the wheel alignment was completed however the job was half done. We had to go to another tyre shop to complete the job properly."
