"I received the worst customer service, where I was belittled and told to not waste the customer service reps time, despite me trying to show them an error on the app regarding my membership. I was also told by the male serving me that he doesn't get paid overtime and has a baby to go see to. That sounds like fantastic customer service, right?"

"Lauren was very rude on Saturday. My wife went in to ask if we would get any money back from a recent Dr's visit (two visits were around $700), the answer was no. I went into the store after collecting our coffee and asked about an upcoming Dr's appointment I have, to be told you are an out patient and you will get nothing. When I asked what we were paying for, Lauren asked why we were attacking her. I advised her we were asking a simple question and not attacking her. We pay over $300 pm. In frustration I asked how do I cancel my policy, which she replied "I can do that now for you". Wow, what a smug attitude."
