We recently had the privilege of hosting David De Carvalho, CEO of the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA), who highlighted the need for us to navigate the challenges of the future with resilience and innovation. Drawing inspiration from the 'castle invasion' scene in Monty Python and the Holy Grail, he emphasized the typical human response to impending change.

One of the key aspects that sets our current generation of teenagers apart from previous ones is the rapidly evolving technological landscape. The world they are growing up in is vastly different from the one we experienced. To address this, we have implemented a comprehensive curriculum that incorporates the latest advancements in technology and equips our students with the necessary skills to thrive in the digital age.

The Rite Journey program, led by Ben Squire, encourages our Year 9 students and their families to reflect upon the differences between their own upbringing and the world our teenagers face today. This program provides a supportive environment for self-discovery, character development, and the cultivation of resilience.
