"Went to look for some jeans today and one of the lady walk up to me and ask if she could help with anything I said to her just looking for some Jean for winter and she stood there for about 5sec for her to reply me such an awkward and then i still looking around and she keep following me like she think I’m gonna steal or what. And then when to try some jeans on and came out to change the size and looking to put the two Jean that didn’t fit but there were no rack where we can put the clothes that’s not fitted and then I was about to walk back to have a look again she said “no no no” , that was just no service at all and the whole time was just so uncomfortable but I need to look for Jean. Then she took the jeans that I needed to change and came back with no size then I said it’s all good and the other one I’m still looking and she just stood next to me the whole time was really uncomfortable I understand you’re trying to do your job but let the customers be sometimes please"

"No one really paid attention to me, and when I bought this dress the girl at the register never told me about the promotion being "Buy this dress, and buy the second item half price!" Very slack! The change rooms are disgusting, the curtain in the cubicle slides with great difficulty!"

"We went to the store on Saturday 27/08/2021. We were looking at Jean's for my Father. We were looking at the different styles. There was a staff member tidying up the Jean's on the shelf next to us, after 10 minutes of us looking and not sure what fit would be better, I was very disappointed that the staff member that would be able to hear us talking about the Jean's did not even look at us for assistance. I asked if there was any staff that worked here. She looked up and said 'I do', I said to her We have been here 10 minutes discussing what would be better but we weren't sure and you didn't even assist us. We definitely won't be spending any money here.She didn't even apologise or defend herself, Mamagemnt you need new staff with customer service skills. Very disappointed."
