"I attend this practice thanks to my wife who has had nothing but help and life saving support from the Dr that we see. The recention staff are always good for a giggle and a chat whenever we come through. They try to fit you in when they can, and endeavour to reschedule if you have to be cancelled on their end. I've also had nothing but amazing support and got further in my mental health healing with my gp here than I've been able to get in the past (with some exceptions). 10/10 will still attend here when i move back to the country..."

"After growing up as a young child and coming here till I was well and truly an adult it's a real shame to see how poor the customer service is and how patients are treated. The extremely long waiting to see a Dr, even when you are the first booking of the day is beyond a joke. But you better not be even a minute late. Even if it was completely unavoidable and not your fault. The medical receptionists could do with a holiday by the looks of them. Maybe they will smile more and not be so rude and snappy. Multiple drs have prescribed me medication that one I was and am allergic to and on another occasion had my opinion dismissed when I stated the medication prescribed effects my body severely and I'd rather not have it. Was also told if I didn't have the covid jab like a good little girl I would die due to medical conditions. Welll I'm still standing. And no longer a patient at this medical centre. Staff and most drs need to go back to basics and show some compassion."
