"My mother came to Perth to visit and absolutely love Millers. She went to the shop, bought quite few outfits and when she was about to pay, the person at the counter asked if she needed a bag, she politely said no as she had her own bag and the lady laughed at the other lady at the counter and claimed “typical” while stereotyping our ethnicity. I was heart broken when I heard this and it is just sad. Please treat customers with respect, don’t blame a consumer for wanting to save the earth with one less plastic. Disgusting behavior."
"Tried to ring at 11.05am on Sunday to find out if something in stock before going. Rang for ages and then line went dead. Rang back and engaged. I was obviously dismissed and phone taken off the hook. What sort of a way is this to run a branch? Disgusted!"
