Woolworths Victoria Park

"i can not believe how disgustingly dirty this supermarket is. we went at about 1pm on a Saturday, made the huge mistake of trying to get a park almost got into 3 accidents on their carpark. the store was relatively empty considering the car park was full. the floors were filthy , the shelves were filthy the fruit and veg fridge was disgusting the meat fridges the same. the produced in the poultry was all oxidised with tinges of green. now let me get to the deli section. there 5 of us were waiting, there was one person taken chickens out of the oven with their back to us, i had to call out, “are you alone here or are there staff out back” no it’s just me. the rest of us talked amounts ourselves discussing how putrid the deli fridge looked. chicken juices that looked like they were fermenting. cheeses with bit of things that clearly didn’t belong on it, dirty tongs, all 5 of us just walked away. a truly putrid experience, can you imagine a store manager not not giving a helping hand when someone calls in sick to the point where you could basically see the disease crawling in the cabinet. guaranteed that a health inspection would not have been passed in that store today (if they were permitted to take place) then you drive up to cole’s a couple of blocks away and it’s heaven"

"Such a unprofessional& rude staff. Firsty, no greetings by the assisted checkout team member name Doris. We have got the heavy water carton and it hasn’t been scanned. So I tried to use the heavy items option and by mistake I have selected the wrong one. On asking for assistance from Doris. She came very angrily and started shouting at us what you were doing till now. Is this the way to talk your customers? I told her we tried to scan it and barcode didn’t scan. So i tried to select it from the screen but its the wrong one. If there is a zero rating . I would definitely give that for such a behaviour. Please teach your staff how to behave with your customers."

"This particular store managers, please explain to your checkout operator VIVI that it's not good to cancel transaction in order to scan sneakily her friend's rewards card (who was standing behind us) during someone else's shopping, while the person is getting the card out of the wallet. We might not understand the language you spoke, but we saw what you VIVI and your friend did. Shame we were short of time, next time I'm going to report you in the spot VIVI!"

"Very disappointed with your customer service. A lady, your staff dropped off pickup groceries in middle of road, on 28th May 2023, 4.22pm. When I looked at her, she confronted me said "you just had to wait". In my mind I was thinking why didn't she, woolies staff dropped groceries on dropoff/pickup bay, still 3.empty dropoff bays, is the road belonging to Woolies only??? Is this how you woolies trained your staff??? I don't think I will ever come back to Vic Park woolies, with this kinda attitude of customer service, would expect much better from Woolies, very very disappointing."

"not really the biggest outlet, but its very spacious between aisles. very well stocked, and there's ample parking. very friendly staff working here too."
