"Not impressed from the get-go when I bought my car here. The "new" car came with scratches on the outside and oil spots both inside and outside from a poorly performed grooming/detailing before trying to hand off the car to me. Went in for a service with courtesy car requested in advance. Turned up with courtesy car taken by someone else, and had to sit and wait for it. Got told own car would be ready for pick-up at 3pm, had to wait again as they haven't even cleaned it as per inclusion in service. Ended up giving up on waiting and took the car home without it cleaned. Quality of service does not match the price."
"Try to add things to my service that I had done less then a month before by them! Said my break pads had to be changed but said they where fine the weeks before! Wouldn't patch a flat saying the puncher was on the side and the hole thing needed to be replaced, got it patch else where they said it was onto. Do not go to this place, snakes!!!!"
"Took advantage of the $99 service here and was far from impressed. Advised the receptionist upon dropping the vehicle off that the rear right brake light bulb needed replacing and requested new wiper blades be fitted. She said no problem they will check all the lights as its standard in the service anyway. Neither were done when I collected the car at the end of the day and they then tried the hard sell on new brake pads, making me sign off acknowledging there is less than 1% left on the pads and that if I drive off now with no brakes that it was not there fault if they failed. Nice try guys, had checked the previous service notes from another service centre before i dropped the car off knowing the brakes weren't due yet, took it back to the previous mechanic and explained what they said about the brakes and that they hadn't even replaced the light bulb and wipers. Brakes still had 25% left and got the other things fixed for parts price only. Definitely won't be back to Maddington Hyundai for a service, not even sure now what else they probably missed and said they did. Dodgy service centre games. Try another Hyundai dealer instead of this one."
