"My first visit was @ the Northam clinic with Will in 2021…I found him very easy to be around, he just gets on with the job, always ensuring Im comfortable throughout the dental process. When I found out Will also worked at the Ellenbrook Clinic I was wrapped as I do most of my shopping in Ellenbrook and this works when making my appointments. The staff are all lovely and friendly and each appointment I’ve had they’ve always been on time or pretty close this alone makes me happy!"

"I get booked in for 11:30, then I get a call at 11:10 saying I missed my appointment. I get there at 11:15, I got in around 12:00-12:10 I had a chipped tooth that never Hurt. The dentist rushes the job, accidentally cuts through my inner gum while grinding the whole tooth then fills the tooth and 15 minutes later all done. I’ve been in pain for the past 2 weeks and cannot put any pressure on the tooth or eat at all. Very unprofessional and careless."
