Booking was easy, Reception was easy, they had it for a couple of hours and called me back Due to proprietary limitations they were open and honest in saying they could not do much to solve my issues, there was no charge for their time spent and I was given the name, address and phone number of a competitor who would be able help. Most unusual in business these days, much appreciated."
