"Can't contact via phone this starting to become a regular thing at least once per month. Go shopping each Saturday for family groceries only to find milk which is in date has turned. You may ask how ,but it isvery easy to explain. Chain of responsibility from delivery. Has the supplier delivered at appropriate temp,has Woolies maintained a correct procedure and kept product at temp. I think one or other is responsible at a guess probably the super market not putting into cold store right away. Leaving till have the staff to do so. Which sends milk off very quickly. This just not good enough in these tight times."
"I was at the checkout where the cigarettes are and the lady behind the counter had a very bad attitude. She was not friendly at all and when she told me how much I didn't quite catch how much she said. So I asked her again she gave me a dirty look and verbally raised her voice and screamed at me telling me how much. I'm very disappointed and digusted in her behaviour. If she is not happy at work then she shouldn't be there."

"Milk on the shelf, expired for a day do these people work with their eyes closed? Yet again inconvenienced by one of Australia’s largest convenience chains! I called and spoke to Michelle, who offered to send me out a gift voucher. I asked please bring the milk I want it for tomorrow but don’t want to have to come back and fight traffic or pay for extra fuel for 2 L of milk. I don’t want to gift voucher I want the milk but apparently Woolworths don’t deliver in more than one way"
"Woolworths is always well stocked! They'll almost always have what you're looking for. The staff are always very helpful. Every time they helped me find something, they walked me right to what I was looking for, leaving the stack of f boxes that they were unpacking. Respect!"
