"Miracles do happen. I just had the revelation at Coles Maylands thru their wonderful team members James the store manager and Lok, one of his team members. I shopped there yesterday and accidentally left my wallet at the self-help counter. Upon realising last night, I frantically checked everywhere to no avail. Early this morning I called Coles Maylands and was assisted by James. He was so thoughtful and amazingly quick to follow-up on my missing wallet. At first I thought I had no hope and so sad, especially since I have got some memory pieces in it such old photos and gift totems, but he called again soon after with the good news. I cant thank them enough for such great help they provided me with. They are true example of great brand ambassadors. I wish them all the best."
