"Do not recommend. Booked them to deliver a sofa bed and when making the booking I over estimated the size and weight of it to be safe and agreed for my husband to be at delivery point to ASSIST with unloading it. An old man who was sick and could barely breathe, turned up in a Ute unable to do anything to assist with unloading so my husband had to do it all on his own with no help whatsoever while the man stood there and watched him. I called to tell them the issue and that I was unhappy with paying the full cost for half a service. I was cut off several times while talking and transferred to another staff member without notice and met with an incredibly rude and abrasive lady who said she would use this as a "learning exercise" for her staff but there was nothing she could do for me. Incredibly disappointed with the service and the fact they sent a sick old man to deliver a couch on his own he was barely able to undo the straps."
