"So family orientated and my son is always first out the door to go. He loves being there with wonderful people who genuinely care. So amazing at getting the community involved, having fun days and providing priceless experiences for all the children in their care. The friendships made have been invaluable and thank goodness he has found a safe place where he can thrive. A huge win!"
"I like this centre as it isn’t too big and it’s really close to my other daughter’s school and our house. The staffs are friendly and caring. And she actually likes the food. My daughter has been going there for about 8 months or so and she’s getting much better than first few weeks. She has gained more confidence at the centre and she is always happy eating and spending time with her friends. It’s a great start for my daughter before she actually goes to Kindergarten. Highly recommended"
"My kids love going here! The staff are great and friendly, and the kids are well-fed and looked after. All the upgrades to the centre are looking great, and the kids are more stimulated than ever to learn through movement and play."
"i could not have hoped for better centre to care for my little one! the environments, staff and experiences the children get day to day is absolutely amazing! we've been so happy with sending our baby Swan Valley Early Learning, they've made us feel so welcome and part of their family we could not thank you all enough! x"
"Since been taken over by Michelle at Swan Valley Early Learning there has been multiple change of staff every 3-4 months, most of the staff are trainee’s. My children and I have been long term clients and we can see the changes over the year and a half, staff not greeting the children when walking in when they first get there. Any issues that you may have has to go to Michelle or Lauren but doesn’t get any further or no follow up. I picked my daughter up one afternoon with a swollen red eye that I could hardly see her eyeball, I asked the staff that were on and they said they didn’t notice at all but my daughter was on the staff’s lap. The bigger issue is the neglect the staff have on the children, we picked my daughter up last week she was outside on a 32 degree afternoon, looked to find her and she was on hot concrete no hat on crying with a Trainee staff member just looking at her. We asked where her water was as she was bright red very very hot and then got her water-bottle and NO WATER was in it!!!!! But staff do mention all the time that the water-bottles always get topped up during the day!! Room leader said she had no hat but funny enough we collected her belongings during the week and there was her hat! Informed Michelle about this matter and we had to explain what trainee staff member it was and she still had no idea! Michelle also mentioned she would call me back the next day but I am still waiting for that call nearly a week later! I don’t want to talk to your staff member I want to talk to YOU! Michelle is happy enough to update the playground, carpark, hosting sleep sessions and taking your money but when it comes to dealing with matters and your opinions she will not care!!!! Staff meetings every month must not be changing anything and even staff members have had enough with the constant lack of communication. You pushed away all of the old original staff members that were excellent and loving towards the children and you must wonder why you have so much change of staff and hire trainees… oh wait because you don’t have to pay them as much!!"
