"Reception hours 9am - 4pm. Quite unbelievable especially if most check ins start from 3pm. For check in times after reception close, you need to read your email carefully for instructions. Room wise ok, but toilet was not up to standard as a 4 star hotel. For the price, it’s still considered reasonable given the fact that it’s located quite near the CBD and it comes with free parking."
"Overall the space itself was nice, as well as the view. But me and my friends did run into a few hygiene issues with our specific rooms. We had found old blood spread throughout the entire apartment, on towels, beds, sheets. We Did try to complain about this issue but did not hear back from anyone for an hour. This issue did not get resolved. (we were also locked out of our hotel at this time as the door lock was broken and no one had informed us of this, picture below of both blood and Broken lock) I had also lost my ID which I obviously assumed I had mis placed it but came to find out that the young man behind the office had forgotten to hand it back to me and the next day the young lady was unable to locate it as it was left in the scanning machine. Luckily my partners parents had left after me as they were able to bring it home."
"It is a wonderful place to feel like you are at home. There is secure parking and an elevator. During Covid my partner and I were staying here on our weeks off. They have a full-size kitchen with all the utensils and a washer/dryer combo. Hot water systems are individual to each apartment which isn't great in size. Back in 2021 we were paying around $600-$800 for 8 nights, some nights through the week were only $89. Since new management, the price is almost double, and the place isn't being serviced to a high standard. The utensils in the kitchen are run down and or missing and I haven't had much luck with the washing machines. Either broken or code. When you report to front staff, they say they will get housekeeping to look at it. This is disappointing as they need a service not a flick at the switch on the wall for a temporality reset. Higher prices and lower standards."
"Whats not to like, the rooms are spotless clean, the location cant get better than it. Its a nice walk to get to optus. Our family of four had amazing time. Felt home away from home. Lovely anuk at reception took good care of us, she is a gem with beautiful smile, made us feel so welcome. We cannot wait to be back"
"I had recently booked to stay here for 3 weeks but left after 2 weeks. I travel a lot and hardly ever take issue with accommodation but this place is the exception. I would NOT recomend it. The fridge in the apartment wasn't working, leading to food spoiling after a day. The toilet will not stop running, all day and night there is a constant noise of running water from the bowl. It is difficult to sleep. The windows dont have curtains and the bright street lights are on all night, lighting up the apartment. The staff are not polite and seem to frustrated at having to assist with queries. The "gym" is poorly maintained. This place is not worth the cost and a far cry from the friendly other hotels in Perth. Save your money and sanity. Avoid this place."
