"The girls here are fabulous. I've just had a restyle and Jacinta listened to what I wanted and on checking my picture ideas, we came to a solution somewhere between 2 of them. Their prices are good value and they are always friendly and professional when you go in. I'm so glad I found them. 5 stars all the way."
"Terrible service today at the salon, very disappointing. I had a photoshoot coming up and I had specifically asked Ange the hairdresser that I wanted my hair to be blowed dry and curls at the bottom end for the shoot. At my previous haircut last week, Ange said that since I’ve had a haircut and my hair is short now, the next time I come in (which is today) to style my hair for the photoshoot, she will only charge me for long hair blowdry instead of glam shoot. Long hair blow dry is $51. Today however, I was charged $101! When I questioned the staff, as Ange was not in and her colleagues had rang her about it, I was told that the curls with the curler cost $49!! They did not inform me about this before hand and the staff at the reception today were rude. Just very very disappointing as I have been coming here for a while and did not expect this from them."
