"Doctor Suhad is the best doctor in her field. She is caring kind and extremely knowledgeable. I was very lucky to have her taking care of my pregnancy she supported me and looked after me in the most nurturing way. Her level of expertise and professionalism is fascinating. " It's not important that if the lady was actually Dr herself or not. Whoever that was, it was such a harsh way to talk to someone needing help for miscarriage anyways. I even told this lady that my GP had send a referral and the referral had got all the information they'd needed to know. Again, all I can say is this lady over the phone was extremely cold and ZERO sympathy, at least to me. *** I was hoping to make an appointment for miscarriage treatment but you can't make one even within a month. I got told if I still want to book her over a month later for the situation above. I lost my words. A foetus inside is dead and is this how you treat people who desperately need help...? She sounded so cold and no emotion or sympathy at all. Maybe she could be a nice Dr, but only if you could make an appointment. I was sad already and the experience over the phone didn't help at all."
"An absolute GEM of a Doctor. Wife had 2 miscarriages and by the third positive reading of pregnancy she was sceptical and was close to giving up. Dr Hassan was always cheerful, upbeat and always had great words of encouragement. Especially when my wife had needed it most when wifes anxiety set in early in the pregnancy, Dr Hassan and her staff were just absolutely amazing to deal with. We had never felt so welcomed and understood and always well informed. I highly reccomend Dr Hassan, especially for partners of high anxiety pregnant women, Dr Hassan had set my mind at ease when it came to the care for my wife and my now born baby boy. I can't thank her enough."
"Towards the end of my pregnancy, our very first baby breached, dropped, then breached again. Dr. Hassan educated and gave us many options in term to choosing which was the best and safe approach for the delivery. As anxious as we were, we trusted Dr Hassan fully due to her confidence and high knowledge. On 15/08/2018, Dr. Hassan safely delivered our baby girl via C-section and she is happy and healthy! Dr. Hassan characteristics and personalities make her the obstetrician that she is today. As a nursing student, I also had the privledge of working with Dr Hassan. Her bedside manner and how she treats every patient with respect and dignity is very admirable! Thank you Dr Hassan for making our journey to becoming a family of three memorable!"
