"We booked for 2 nights and on our second night we were upgraded to a better room on our second night, we were also impressed with our hot breakfast, the lady at the front desk was very helpful in answering all our questions and went out of her way to make sure our holiday was a good one!"
"Rooms were nice and clean. They seem to be understaffed, some things took lots longer than should of. Might of been a one off. Things to do for kids, lovely walking paths. Shopping centre close by. Nice bar with reasonable price drinks. Breakfast was pretty good actually. Good value"
"To start with the lady at the restaurant was lovely and very helpful and sweet. The beds were comfortable but the the cleaners hadn't done a very good job had to clean out the bathtub before using it. Were given less than half a roll of toilet paper, when asked if we could get another roll we're told they'd bring it up and they didn't so we went to aldi around the corner instead. Employees at hotel we're fighting with guests. Great location but wouldn't stay there again."
"Would not recommend the hotel, booked for 1 night 5 nights ago, room was very spacious, clean however not the room described but was fine but that’s where good ends. Checkin was frustrating the lady checking in was rude, slow and hard to understand, process seem to take ages. In the morning went to restaurant for breakfast was going for hot breakfast but checked out the continental included, being totally horrified is an understatement large container of open margarine everyone was using - full of toast crumbs, open jar or Vegemite & 2 open jar of jam the frozen berries looked like a bowl of mush none of the areas looked very hygienic guests using cartons and bottles of milk for their cereal. Waited 45 mins for breakfast, when finally arrived order was taken wrong and what was presented I wouldn’t serve at home. Young man serving had no idea was walking around with food & drinks not knowing where it was for, how experience was like faulty towers, a shame as hotel is is a convenient location with a great relaxing outlook but that’s where it ends. Management needs a good look at if this is still part of Ramada group I’ll avoid their other hotels."
