"We have just spent an hour and a half looking at bowls and purchasing some new shoes and shorts for husband. Been in the shop before and thought the service was really terrible- both the staff very abrupt and unfriendly. Thought they might have been having a bad day. But no, today they were just the same, there is no friendly helpful service. Everything is a inconvenience. If you couldn’t buy Henselite bowls online I would have to change my brand to Aero and go and visit the lovely Vanessa at Aero Bowls World."

"Sadly I have to agree with other comments regarding the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. We drove from NOR to this store and I was secretly pleased that my partner did not find the new bowls he was hoping for. I sat in the store for half hour and watched the sales employee be quite abrupt and unhelpful to several customers. Fingers crossed for on-line ordering."

"Well put it this way if hubby wasn’t desperate for bowls shoes we would have walked out, When I rang Re shoes David answered and helped with my questions so we decided to take the hour trip up there. Well David wasn’t there and another elderly guy was and from the moment we stepped into the shop he was plain rude ( even other guy in shop agreed if he didn’t need pants n shoes and there was another option he would go elsewhere) Hubby was also going to spend another $800 on bowls but had a roll with the ones he likes but had not one ounce of help or suggestions from the shop assistant after he rolled and liked the bowls decided he will purchase elsewhere. Very sad I hope the owner ( but think it could be who I’m talking about)reads this along with all other reviews very very poor service. Wont be back!!"
