"Otr should be ashamed of themselves having staff members (one female night shift in particular) Tonight she couldn't make hotdogs because of an inspection in the morning!!! WHAT!! I guess having staff like this shows how awful it must be to work for otr because they cant keep any that are close to being good.. One staff member to do everything all night.. Shame on you OTR"

"I went there on Thursday and as soon as I walked in I could smell the rench of the place it smelt like someone had a diarrhoea explosion! I went to the slurpie machine to fill up my cup and it wasn’t working so I got a soda, I was at the check out and the staff was really rude don’t go!!!!!!!"

"You can expect the absolute slowest customer service from the grumpiest staff imaginable at this servo. If the look on their face doesn't show how annoyed they are to actually be having to do their job, then it will definitely be the rude and abrupt attitude you receive while they serve you that will be the dead giveaway. I highly recommend going to any of the other 5 servos that are in close proximity instead!"

"I’ve shopped at this OTR for several months but today when I went in to buy a pad and some gas I was faced with standing there while the attendant checked whether or not my $100 dollar bill was fake or not. I’ve seen this employee on multiple occasions yet he has to check whether I’m using fraudulent money. I felt incredibly embarrassed and discriminated against for simply being black."

"I waited for more than 5 minutes to get served in the convenience side of the store while the Attendant talked to his friends and while he was slowly heating up their hot cross buns on the Subway side. I'm not surprised, I always get terrible service at most OTRs."
