"the service here is very average - went in on a Saturday about lunchtime and the place was empty. Thought they might have said hello or something but all I got was a blunt, unwelcoming person behind the counter who didn’t even bother to greet me as I stepped up to pay. "This is a good little news agency that isn't flooded by customers like some of the larger shopping complexes...well except maybe for those big events days where the jackpots are over $50 million. The owners/employees are very friendly and happy to help the the customers are in need, and they also support the supporting businesses as well. Though i have never won big here, the centre has won a couple of division ones over the years and I hope that I will be next in the queue."
