Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Leeanne, and I have been working in the Early Childhood sector for 23 years, with 13 of those years in management. Holding an Advanced Diploma in Children's Services and having held various positions in the childcare industry, I am passionate about providing children with the best education possible.

I believe in focusing on the "hidden curriculum" that each child brings to their day, as well as offering opportunities beyond traditional classroom learning. My goal is to provide a curriculum that allows children to learn from their environment, educators, families, and community. I also value the involvement of families in our service through family and networking events.
