I had many short items and received a credit for 2 items, they shipped a few items, and now the last 3 items are just being avoided. I’ve messaged on Facebook and emailed numerous times. I understand this is done through Mosaic Brands, but at the end of the day, i purchased from Rivers. I feel like this is theft! Take our money and then they ignore us."
