"Bought a pair of Skechers for $159.99 6 months ago and after calling Skechers head office and taking to them about the issues, was told to take to any Skechers store for a refund. These used to be a quality product but no longer. I wish I had read all the negative reviews about quality before I bought them. Katarina behind the counter with her nasty fake nails was rude from the start. Refused refund and couldn't wipe the smirk off her face the whole time. Did offer replacement - why would I want the same thing to happen again? Oh and FYI I did get them refunded in full elsewhere"
