"There’s no option for me to put zero stars that’s why I’ll put 1 star, Waiting time is over an hour minimum, they can’t give you a bank statement if you ask for it they’ll say do it on the app we can’t do it here, we also asked for coins for one of our restaurants but they also said that they don’t have, I’m not sure if this is a bank or a grocery store because they don’t do anything like a normal bank branch, if they sell vegetables it’ll be much better"

"Probably the least helpful bank branch I've ever used!!!!! Whilst lined up I noticed 3 groups of elderly people in front of me and the result for all 3 of them was just used at ATM. One old gent wanted to get some cash out from his old account, I overheard The banker say to him "Nobody does that anymore, its like riding horse into town you just wouldn't do it" and proceed to try and sell him a new cashless account, which the poor old boy had no idea what was going on. I have a $500 daily withdraw limit i wanted 1500 to pay bills. After checking my card 3x they said it was right each time I came back from the machine and it should work... in the end i left with blocked card and no money to pay my bills. What is the point in this place even been open !! I have been with ANZ since I was 5 years old and if I could leave 0 stars I would. Currently looking at new banks because of this ANZ!!"

"Another cost-cutting experience at the Mount Lawley branch. Went today to bank some money and the street ATM has gone. You can only access or deposit cash into the ATM in bank hours as it is now inside the bank. In fact, there are fewer ATMs that accept deposits as they seem to be linked to branches which of course are closing all over the place. ANZ history of closing branches and contracting their services is appalling. It's no good saying that everything can be done online. If you have an online problem and you need to phone them, you'll be lucky not to have to wait hours to get an answer from them. I live in North Perth and that branch has long gone. That was after the bank staff told me they wouldn't be closing the branch in North Perth as they were more customer-focused than other banks. Yeah right. The James Street ATM branch has also gone. They might be making profits but they're sure not putting them towards increased customer convenience. I keep a minimum amount in my account now with them, and have shifted the vast majority of my funds to another much more customer- friendly bank. In addition, this bank seriously disadvantages older people who have difficulty with online banking. Well done ANZ: keep making big profits for your shareholders."

"Persistent long wait times at the one teller bay manned out of three. And just recently have decided to not have a teller on at all on Tuesday and Wednesday. Why bank here when you literally cannot access your money?"

"The very low Google rating doesn’t surprise me when considering the state of the ATM next to the branch! I never seen an ATM such derelict appearance. See the photos"
