Reviews of Singapore Eatz
"So I stumbled on this place almost accidentally but was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of food here. The chai tow kway in particular is worth mentioning, it is done well and portioned very generously. They have some interesting dishes here, there’s a hor fun with crispy noodles that I have never seen before which was quite decent as well. The venue is unashamedly Singaporean, as you will notice from the colour scheme, and the place can accomodate a decent crowd. Parking is easy to find and free around the area. The people in charge are nice and the food comes out fairly quickly. Price wise is decent, probably hitting the average price for these kinds of dishes. If you like your Singaporean/Malaysian foods then this place is definitely worth a shot!"
"Lovely authentic tasty food. Loved their Fried Carrot Cake (black). One of the best I've eaten in Perth. Ban Mian (dry) is also amazingly tasty. The noodles were a bit chewy but otherwise it's all good. Singapore Hokkien Prawn is also pretty tasty and the portion is quite decent & hence filling."
"Inviting, bright and clean atmosphere. There's a variety of food which are advertised as no MSG added. Portion is good for the price. Fried fish fillet noodle soup- it's milky as it should be, the alcohol (?xo) taste was stronger than expected. Crispy horfun was interesting, well flavoured gravy with fried horfun noodles. The amount of seafood is less than expected, as shown on photo. Singapore hokkien noodle flavour was slightly lacking. Children friendly restaurant"
"Singapore Eatz is a hidden gem with a modern, clean aesthetic that exudes a charming and inviting atmosphere. The white walls with red highlights on the pillars and payment section create a sleek and contemporary feel. Upon approaching the venue, one is greeted by artwork showcasing delicious food on the windows and a vibrant neon sign that reads "open." Non-alcoholic beverages are displayed in a typical fridge, including A&W, Teh Special, Coca-Cola, Lipton Iced Tea, and water. The specials menu is written on a whiteboard, and there are numerous photos around the walls showcasing iconic Singaporean landmarks. Upon placing my order, I was served by a young child, which indicates the family-friendly nature of the establishment. The child's mother egged him on as he took my order and answered my questions. Although it was surprising to see such a young child serving, it added a touch of warmth and sincerity to the experience. The food arrived promptly, and the speed with which it was served is a testament to the restaurant's efficiency. The restaurant was bustling with both Singaporeans and Malaysians, indicating that it is a popular venue. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the background TV noise compliments the environment. Although the restaurant's flooring was a bit dated, it was in a semi-clean condition. A sign indicated that customers should bring their containers and bags, but if they haven't, they charge 0.50 cents AUD for either a takeaway box or paper bag. I ordered a vegetarian fried kway teow, kopi ping (iced coffee), steamed rice, and samosa. The total cost of my meal was $32.40, and I paid in cash to avoid the surcharge for Visa, Mastercard, or Amex. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Although the fried kway teow was not spicy, I requested chilli on the side, and the spicy chilli definitely lived up to its name. The samosa was slightly dry, but it was hot and fresh nonetheless. Overall, Singapore Eatz is a fantastic restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere, efficient service, and delicious food. It is a must-try for anyone looking for authentic Singaporean cuisine."
