Reviews
"I have had multiple visits to the Fiona Stanley Breast Clinic over the years and have always found the staff professional, caring and supportive through my cancer journey. From the receptionists, nurses through to the surgeons. I recommend them to my friends and family who have to be seen for cancer diagnosis and treatment."
"My first time visit to hospital, left me with utter disappointment and disrespect . The receptionists were very rude, wasn’t interested in being helpful nor apologetic when I was told to go another place for a glitched text message of MRI while I am supposed to be waiting right in the same place for imaging reports actually. When eventually I was called back again to wait, I was assured all is good with the imaging with a brief advise by the doctor. I again went back to the receptionist whether I am good to go before leaving , instead she cracked jokes about my MRI situation, I felt it’s not at all a professional behaviour at all. Adding to their incompetency , I was called back again when I was almost heading out of the hospital after paying for the parking, this was absolutely unbelievable, I had to make an U turn back and start all over again with my appointment, this time saying I have to do my Mammogram and Ultrasound with them again this time. Again not a single apology from the receptionist, they didn’t even say a thing and never give me any eye contact. I was extremely upset by all this experience. I also notice they don’t carry themselves in name tags. Fiona Stanley hospital do have some sophisticated medical equipments and good medical professionals but a failed administration, they should not forget they are the first face of the hospital, they do carry service weight."
"Went on for a mammogram, lady doing mammogram was heartless.."
