"You sit down you do your tax your t old this will be your return. Your HAPPY sign the paper work pay th es fees AND then you get your return what you thought you were getting isn't what you get. It's a lot different how can t his change. NOT HAPPY AND BE WARNED THEY CANT CALL BACK"
"Accountant was unprofessional and rude. Swore and complained a lot and made inappropriate and unnecessary comments. Seemed like he didn't give 2 sh*ts about my being there. This was my first time going to an accountant after lodging my tax online previously. I was hoping they could help me get a better return, but the estimate was higher if I lodged it myself (which I did). Still had to pay for their time (fair enough), but never again! Was told by the accountant not to come back again. Don't worry, I won't!"
"Their"customer service" is nonexistent, the receptionist is rude and snippy, they give misleading and conflicting information, and I was made to wait over a week to sign paperwork. I did receive a bigger refund than usual, and their fees are lower, but I'd rather pay for customer service, so you get what you pay for :)"
