About the Business
Welcome to Morley Primary School! Located in the heart of Morley, on Wellington Road, our school has been serving the community for over 80 years. We are proud of our rich heritage, and our buildings reflect this while also incorporating modern equipment and technology.
At Morley Primary, we prioritize providing a well-rounded education for our students. We have a well-resourced library and a purpose-built Art Centre, which includes classrooms for specialist Music, Visual Arts, and Science. Additionally, we have been offering Mandarin lessons across the school for many years, enriching our students' cultural experiences.
Our school is surrounded by beautiful grounds, and our Early Childhood students benefit from a nature play space, allowing them to connect with nature and explore their surroundings.
Since becoming an Independent Public School in 2017, we have celebrated our culturally diverse student population. With over 31 different languages spoken at home, our school is a vibrant and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and respected.
Our mission at Morley Primary is to foster a sense of belonging and community among our students. We want every child to be themselves, be present, be fair, be safe, be kind, and be a learner. We believe that every child should have the opportunity to reach their full potential and make a positive contribution to the world.
To ensure the safety and well-being of our entire school community, we have established four simple expectations. These expectations, along with our Positive Behaviour Support Matrix, help students, teachers, and parents establish and maintain a code of behavior that promotes a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment. We also have a BUZ Awards recognition system in place to reinforce positive behavior and values.
We are excited to welcome you to our new website, although please note that some sections are currently under development. If you have any questions or would like to learn more about Morley Primary School, please don't hesitate to contact us. We look forward to partnering with you in your child's educational journey.

"Such amazing staff and teachers!! As a student, I felt like my voice was heard and supported. Such great opportunities and I really grew as a person during my time there. Would highly recommend!!"
"I love that Morley Primary is a smaller school. It means that the children get more attention & all the staff get to know them as well not just the ones in their classroom. Both the Principle Mrs Kovalevs & Dept Principle Mrs Bonnetti are great at their jobs & care so much about the children’s well being & education. They are dedicated to making the school a safe but fun learning place. I feel reassured that my child is being looked after at Morley Primary & the teachers are dedicated to teaching them."
"I don’t know if it’s changed since then, but when I used to go to this school, a lot of the students would bully me. Whenever we told the staff about it, they wouldn’t do anything, saying "They have their own problems too" It got so bad that one morning I was being dragged into school, kicking and screaming suicidal things. The only action that was taken was my mother pulling me out of the school. Don’t trust the staff to be helpful."
"Kindy looks very welcoming, hope it continues its services to the best."
"Worst primary school my child has ever been to the deputy principle asked me to join the school board she then took a photo of me and forwarded it to fellow parents, making allegations about myself of sexual abuse by which are untrue, i havnt a record on my name these allegations came from a following school from teachers by parents whom got together and decided to get teachers to join a band wagon of malicious slander about childhood abuse about my self .these people need to know as teachers and parents there conduct is unjust especially to my child whose education has suffered im disgusted as a parent my self and resent such action of individuls. This is passive aggressive bullying at its best. For the deputy principal Mrs Box to lie to my face and ask to take a photo of me telling me we want you to be a board member for our school and then forward my picture to fellow parents with such malicious slander of nothing but ultimate lies. Thankyou miss Box in knowledge we grow or is it plunder and destroy lives."
