"Simple order I get every time, 3x spicy slow cooked beef, hard tacos with extra cheese. Tonight when ordering just before close the wonderful staff decided to Waterboard my tacos with the spice sause harder than anyone in the history of interrogation has ever had to endure. For the love of all tacos, stay away."

"The food is all good when we tried it.The serviced are good,friendly staff and helpful.Plenty of car park space and free for 2 hrs. Few shops near by and it has IGA shop too aswell as hanaromart,liquor place and more."

"Quite possibly the worst service and wait time I have ever experienced. I was in the drive through for 39 minutes. You read that right - 39 minutes. The staff members were not only useless they acted like they had never seen a customer. I asked them very nicely how it is going and they panicked - the store was not busy and there was a lot of staff on - I have no idea what they were doing - I asked them if the chips they had for me had been sitting on the bench for a long time (they had - I watched them) and they touched them WITH THEIR HANDS and said - “they still feel warm” - oh my goodness - the very worst service and wait ever - go to any other store but this one!!!"

"Absolutely disappointing!! Ordered a nachos with shredded chicken ( why are there carrots in it?? ) and a chicken quesadilla ( meal) with a sprite! I was asked dine in or take away, I chose dine in, she gave me a table number. We waited and waited, 20 mins later I checked. Others were served their food on a tray outside where we were sitting. Someone found our order in a take away bag in a draw, the server said it’s been in there for 10 mins. Then the “manager” who I asked to check on this made me the problem by telling me she came out and yelled out!! Funny how everyone else got theirs served AND we had our table number 10 right there! She was full of justification and absolutely no customer service! I was so looking forward to a decent nachos, what I got instead was a whole lot of nothing with a bad taste in my mouth, and it wasn’t from the food, which I dumped in the bin!! Ps. Even after all that, we still got a take away bag!! Unreal. By the amount of bad reviews at your franchise, I would suggest management or owner needs to take a look at what’s going on! $30 in the bin!!!"

"My partner and I were having lunch there for the first time ever. We were blown away by the ambiance on entry. Then, we went to the counter and the customer service was incredible. We ventured over to the table to await our meal and I personally was taken aback by the interior design. Beautiful... Our food arrived quickly and we both shared the two meals. It was delicious and a lot of it. So much so that we took half of it home and reheated it for dinner. Highly recommended it"
