Paws Galore Vets

"Have had Paws Galore as my dogs vet for over 15 years & have always received good service at reasonable prices. (Mostly annual vaccination & checkups). On this occasion of was a very sad occasion to euthanase my 15 year old Maltese Shitzu dog. The whole process was handled, by Dr. Phillipa Mason, with sensitivity and kindness. I can't speak highly enough of Phillipas obvious care for the animals she treats."

"Really appreciate Dr Stewart Mason for taking care of my girl, Tirra. She has been back and forth to many vets lately due to constipation and didn’t have a proper answer. Just felt like I had been spending thousands for nothing. After one X-ray we can now confirm it is because of the narrowing of her pelvis from being an amputee. Glad I now understand she needs a tailored diet. It’s been a very stressful month with vet visits, but after one visit here I had more progress than I have had before. Still going to be trial and error with foods but at least I now know what the cause is. Thank you for taking the appropriate action. I can rest my mind knowing if she needs help again she’s in caring hands. A very loving caring vet."

"Outstanding service, the team are very friendly and show our dogs lots of love. Our oldest girl recently had a metal plate put in her back leg and she healed very well. The surgery was explained in detailed including showing us the x-rays of what was done. They answered all our questions, even when I got home and had concerns I would call and the team and they would give us reassurance. Highly recommend if you’re after a team who will look after your fur baby."

"Our sweet little dog Scruffy became ill a few weeks ago and was in terrible pain and although I rang several vets not one could fit him in for an emergency appointment. Then I called Pets Galore and although they were fully booked they squeezed Scruffy in for a consultation between appointments. They were both loving and caring towards Scruffy and got him out of immediate pain. A decision was made to put him down 2 weeks later due to his serious health problems. Again the staff at Pets Galore were so kind and caring and made the experience both peaceful and loving. Today I recieved a beautiful sympathy card in the mail along with some Forget-me-not seeds to plant in his memory. I was very touched by this gesture so I decided to write a positive review to recommend this Veterinary Practice in the hope it may help other pet owners to find a vet surgery who will love and care for their furry friends."

"My go-to Vet these days as recommended by my neighbour. Staff very warm, welcoming and cheery atmosphere. Good knowledge, responding to queries efficiently. Pup not happy about the cone but back to himself quickly after his procedure."
