"I first contacted the clinic via email, and Katrina replied almost straight away. She asked me to send photos of my skin in, and was able to give me pretty accurate advice just by looking at my skin and reading the ingredients of the products I was using. I was impressed by her knowledge and care so I went in to see her where I ended up doing a treatment which left my skin feeling better than it has in years. Katrina really knows what she is talking about, she has changed my skincare routine and the difference is amazing. Highly recommend"

"I have very sensitive skin and over the years had multiple different skin conditions which have left me feeling deflated and insecure. Before visiting E-sab i went to two dermatologist who both wanted to treat my skin at the time with highly potent medication. Personally, i just didn't feel right ingesting something so decided to visit Katrina who had my skin looking healthy within a couple of weeks and for less money (including products) than the consultations from the Derm. "I am so thankful to Katrina at e-sab Skin and Body Clinic. I've been suffering with what I thought was acne for years and have undergone 2 courses of Roaccutane with all symptoms returning. After a thorough consultation and treatment plan at e-sab I finally found out that I actually have a skin condition. "I saw the ad in the paper and went along in good faith to get treatment. I got shock wave therapy done on my feet. The treatment turned out to be close to 3 times the amount of what a proper physiotherapist would charge you! they charged $220 per session and the physio charges me $80. And the physio therapist spent 40 minutes per session with me and NOT just 10 minutes. I am now a lot worse off. I didn't know the condition I was suffering and was not given adequate information. I have complained to them but hard no response back. Wish I never saw the ad in the paper. I wonder if I can complain to health ombudsman about this place. Would not recommend anyone to go there at all upon my experience."
