"I’m absolutely appalled! I went in today and was mocked and laughed at by one of your staff! I had a few items in my hand and your staff member was behind me speaking, wanting to know if I wanted those items in the change room. I didn’t hear her because I’m deaf!!!! She must of said it a few times as when I turned around eventually she and others where laughing at me. Disgraceful!!!! . Please train your staff…if someone doesn’t respond they are not being rude, they are probably hard of hearing or deaf. To mock someone is disgusting. I should of said something then and there, but then rang the store an hour later to chat to the manager and yet the response was even worse. After explaining what happened she said" what do you want me to do?" ...when i said an apology would be nice she refused! DISGUSTING"
