Three visits = three complete disappointment, disgust, frustration & empty-handed. I wish she was paid on commission. Lesson learned, do not go back."
"Worst service ever. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes 25 days ago. I was told that the right size would be available in 5 days maximum.Supposed to be delivered from midland store through riverton store. Called 10 times, stopped answering my calls, no valid reason for delays. Would have been easier for me to go to midland store instead! I have paid in full already and am receiving the worst service ever."

I explained what I was looking for and she brought out a few different selections of shoes for me to try on. I quickly found something comfortable that was great quality and suited me. Really love this store well worth the special trip I made to visit it."
"A great shoe shop with good prices especially when specials are on. Took advantage of get the second pair half price recently to purchase two pairs of good quality black leather school shoes. They had to be changed as they were too small, did not have the next sizes up but took the time to ring another store and asked to put them on hold for me so I could pick them up. Very relieved and happy."
