"Ordered 1 garlic prawn WITHOUT capsicum (allergy issue) and 1 szechuan chilli prawn WITH capsicum. When got my order, all were mixed up and when called to ask for explanation, i had to repeat myself 3 times to 3 different people and at last, she say 'you should have mentioned not to put capsicum'. Whats the use of the 'remove items' from the list if i had to mention it again when i clearly choosed 'remove capsicum'. Very disappointed and poor customer service!"
"I ordered a pesto chicken and a peri peri chicken pizza from these guys. Specifically put into the notes that I request no contamination of bacon or any pork in my pizzas. Asked them to ensure it is Halal. Specifically put it into the special instructions tab while ordering. Picked up the pizzas, and my pesto chicken is full of ham. Called the place to ask politely for either a refund or a new pizza. Apparently their staff are in training and it’s somehow our concern. Absolutely ridiculous. Mistakes can happen but for their manager and owner to not take any responsibility for it is ridiculous. Will not recommend this place nor will I buy from this place again."
