Since its establishment in 1998, the Perkins has become one of Australia's leading adult medical research centers. Our close-knit team of over 450 research and clinical staff are dedicated to defeating the major diseases that impact our community.

At the Perkins, our researchers focus on some of the most prevalent diseases in our society, including cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and neuromuscular diseases. Through our cutting-edge research, we aim to deliver a healthier future by uncovering medical breakthroughs and developing new treatments.
