"Have been in a few times now and I'm all for letting folk browse .... But without exception we have never been acknowledged by staff, asked if there is anything we are looking for. Today before attending I rang to see if they stocked a certain size short. Phone went to out of office message despite being in time. Must be busy?! Attended no! Two staff on. No one else in the store. Probably could have answered the phone. Probably could have assisted hubby in his quest. Again he left empty handed. That is the third time dudded ... Won't be a fourth. Stock they have seems nice enough."
