"I Patiently waited for over 25 minutes to ask about the price for a simple item (that i could buy brand new for under 20 dollars)I was ignored and then rudly informed that they were closing so when i replied asking about the price i was abruptly snapped at and told $50. There was no one in the store the entire time and He remained seated with not so much as a hello, . The customer service was despicable. I wont be returning. Just completely rude with no customer service. I understand that staff need wages but lowering your price for items they recieve for free or even labelling item costs might help with the lack of communication so people dont waste their time waiting until the person devides he is ready to approach them. Yes i could have approached him but trying to manuever through the junk in bad lighting wasnt something i was willing to do with my daughter with me."
"I used to buy cheap demolition firewood here and take it home to cut, but Eric out the back doesn’t want my cash. He’s not happy. You’ve lost hundreds from me. Cash."
"You need to update your trading hours. Got there at 3 30pm on saturday, only to be told you were closed even though website had closing at 4.30., and told to come back Monday."
"Friendly excellent service from Tony and the huge variety of stock is fantastic. Great prices and I thoroughly recommend a visit. As a lover a reuse, recycling and repurposing this is The Place to come."
"Great place if you are doing a reno on a old house and you want to keep your theam and looking for matching stuff. most probably you would find them. Guys are extremely helpful and show you around. pricing is appropriate I would say. Saying that, I have walked away at times and may be not that project friendly for you!!"
