"I get my pool water tested here every two weeks or so. Extremely friendly staff and a very comprehensive pool water analysis. Never any pressure to buy chemicals but I’d be happy to do so."
"For the 2nd month running I’m chasing poolwerx to do my monthly service. A specific request for first job on my day of service with lots of notice given and notes on their file to confirm that, but still nobody turns up. When I chased last time they had to reschedule as the guy ‘didn’t realise’. Give them benefit of the doubt but yet again, Chasing again today only to be told the ‘scheduler’ has changed the days and hasn’t bothered notifying me, with no reason given. Poor communication and poor service and won’t be using again"
"I was really disappointed with the service from this store. I paid about $170 for a ‘handover’, during which I was told I’d be given an explanation of my system - exactly what I had, what I needed to update and when. For the price I paid… someone rocked up and told me all the system components he wanted to sell me - it was a sales visit… nothing was handed over. I had to call back several weeks after the visit because I received a text saying I still owed $72. Once we determined that they had sent that text in error, I advised I was still waiting for some information for new system components to be sent to me and was told it was still coming. The sales visit was over three months ago so I assume they’ve forgotten to send the information… as if I’d spend anymore money with this organisation anyway… Also I’ve not seen chlorine so expensive anywhere else."
"Staff were always friendly and I happily got my water tested here for a long time. However, like many others when issues arose I was quoted exorbitant costs which second opinions proved were entirely unnecessary. I can't trust this brand anymore and feel fleeced by the work they did do, know knowing much was unnecessary and served only to keep me spending money."
