"The customer service during my visit was very good! Despite feeling let down finding out that they have a no monofin policy (basically conjoined flippers) they handled it in a very positive way - in particular employee Dave who also had to resolve some serious conflict between other patrons the same day. Not many people can approach an issue in such a polite and professional manner despite dealing with things like that day in and out. I also love that they have a decent spa and sauna and that it is indoors so great in any weather. Just a heads up for anyone wanting to swim in their monofins somewhere safer than the beach - this is not the place nor marion aquatic"
