Trauma Clean

"Whilst Trauma Clean were polite and fast acting I wouldn’t use this service in future. My family have been left feeling VERY disappointed. I engaged this company to clean a room were a family member had passed away, I was advised that all personal items would be placed in another room, she also advised that the walk in robe looked ok but they would go through ‘with a fine tooth comb’ On returning to the property I found they incinerated all clothing and personal belongings from his walk in robe however left the carpet? I can’t quite understand how everything in the walk in robe was removed when it’s obvious it wasn’t contaminated. Very insensitive to a family that now has no personal belongings or keepsakes. When addressed with the company their response was “they were unaware that clothing was sentimental and in most cases it’s the requests of families to remove everything”. I don’t feel this was handled professionally and they should never assume what to do, rather give me a call to discuss."

"Dan and his team in Perth were absolutely amazing and compassionate. It was on a Saturday a week before Christmas and at 4pm Dan came out and gave us a quote and have a team out by Sunday morning to do the clean up. They went above and beyond to ensure that the room was cleaned and came out multiple times afterwards to ensure that both the work was done as specified, but to ensure the smell had been removed properly. It was hard enough to deal with finding a deceased person in the room but they made the clean up easy, quick and they were very respectful. As much as i hope to never need their services again, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody, at least the Perth region side."
