"My 2 moggies are regulars, updating vaccinations, etc, the staff, warm & friendly, and Vet's very thorough.....no complaints here"
"OMG we booked in our 3 year old for groom and our new 10 week old for vacs with 1 day notice and done. Grooming was the best we have had in 3 years Jody simply did exactly what we asked to be groomed. Newby was looked at and checked and vaxed with care and compassion like we couldn’t have expected, they then found another vet that had the vac we needed within a couple of hours to help us out, highly recommend this place, such a shame we live in Qld and can’t come here more often. Thank you so much"
"18/01/03- 02/02/23 Twenty years of loving this girl. I thank you for seeing me and Dvee immediately without appointment and the compassion to send her on her way. And thank you for the lovley card sent in mail. Melissa Racic"
"Staff are always happy and friendly and the vets are very knowledgeable and don't make you feel stupid for asking questions or that you need to be rushed out. There is a great grass area out the front that you can hang in until your appointment. We sadly had to have our older dog put down which was rather hard on the family and the team here were really understanding and made the whole thing as beautiful as those sort of things can be."
"My Red Australian cattle dog has been coming here on and off for the past few years. They’re exceptional with customer service and their love for animals show greatly. They’ve done a great job with Red and he loves the staff (even though he whines a lot while here). He wears a muzzle as he’s fear reactive of dogs but the staff have been absolutely wonderful with him. We recently found out about Red having hip dysplasia which brought me to tears as I’ve seen how badly this can affect cattle dogs when I was younger (my dads blue heeler had this and it was the reason I wanted to become a vet nurse since the age of 5yrs old). The staff have been amazing with helping both of us through this to try and get him better/more comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic for your pets as you can tell they really do it for their love of animals"
