"Avoid this place at all cost!! First time I've used them and the LAST time!! My car was placed there by my insurer after a minor accident. Took more than 5 weeks to repair my car with lots of excuses from flooding to difficult to get parts which was utter nonsense. When I was finally told to get my car it was appalling!!! Paint job had dried running paint drops and bubbles of paint. Went back 3 times then got an independent assessor to check; he wasn't impressed with the quality of work either. If you want a proper job and great results don't consider Combined Smash Repairs! But there's more.... I'm now having electric and engine problems and my car is at the original dealership to be checked: to be continued..."
"First time using these people and I can't say I was impressed, they had to replace the tailgate. Now for me if I had to replace an outside door on anything one of the first things I would check is going to see if it closes and locks. But not in this case door closed but not locking and their attitude was the reason for this post. Well at least you won't have to go home without it I also overheard another guy being told similar. Then when it was fixed the guy just passed me the keys and said there it fixed, no apology or any just an abrupt comment and he vanished. Then on my way home rattle rattle at the back when I checked next day my number plate fitted to the tailgate was loose so I had to fix that myself. I will finish by saying that the rest of the job looked good i.e. paint etc."
