"I was charged more than $1300 after being quoted $814 for a filling. I had nitrous oxide - $106 for sedation that didn't work. The 'extras' - which I did not ask for, and was never quoted on - may be a good way to make money, but it felt sneaky and underhanded to me. I am a very nervous patient at any dentist. I am even more so now after being treated here. Oh, and I can no longer bite down properly, so that's fun, too. Never again."

"Having been a 'scared of dentists' patient all my life stemming from bad experiences as a kid, this is the FIRST dental practice I have come across that actively works to reassure patients. From the welcoming entrance and staff, lovely artworks, low key approach to all the dental paraphernalia, and comfy chairs for a consult once you're upstairs prior to being laid down for the terrifying moment! Dr Sam Rogers is informative and a good communicator :-) I can highly recommend this dental practice (which is saying something!!), but particularly for those who've previously had bad experiences. "You wouldn't know it walking in - the building is one of Perth's oldest landmarks and a lovely old building, so you expect things to be old, but quite the opposite is true. When you get up to the dentist chair you can see Dr Rogers invests heavily in all the latest technology. He has all the latest toys and would have to be one of the most advanced dentists in Perth. And he is really well connected. Really good advise, really great service. I've been recommending them to family and friends for over 10 years now. Go there, you won't be dissapointed."
