"I opened a young savers account 12 years ago when my son was born, and now all of a sudden, they are holding the tax portion of the interest rate. They can only do this if I didn't give his date of birth which I did I was not given prior warning or asked for anything to fix this issue I know if you don't give you tax file no they can do this but it's been 12 years and now they decide to tax a 12 year old boy, we're only talking of $18. It is time to close the account and move to a more friendly bank."

"Do not use the ATM at this branch. Lost a significant amount of cash to it while depositing and was brushed off the next day by an employee who told me that "it had been doing it all day". It took 3 weeks and 3 return visits for them to even apply an overdraft to my account, still with no indication of when the money would actually be refunded. Very little sympathy or urgency from the staff either. Have changed banks since. :)"

"Specifically asked upfront could they do a secured Grey import car loan. Was told yes for certain before I agreed to apply and open an account. Went through a long arduous process to be told “sorry we can’t finance a grey import secured” thanks for the negative mark on my credit file you LIARS now remove the enquiry completely. Unprofessional and untrustworthy"
