"Bought a lovely pair of Chelsea Boots Black, which at the time I fully loved. Heading off for a dinner I went to put them on and the back pull up tag has come off. This morning I expected a quick exchange or warranty, only to be told nothing can be done until mid next week earliest. I'm only in Perth a few days and now I'm extremely disappointed and upset how they have handled this. Anyone looking to spoilt themselves or buy good quality I wouldn't recommend."
