"Be careful! This store takes advantage of people especially the vulnerable. This review is on behalf of my disabled uncle who never questions their prices or service. My Mum took him here for the first time today to buy his items and was blown away. The woman on the counter charges him $75 for a 20 pack of cigarettes and a 6 pack of low alcohol beer. It’s less than half that elsewhere. Avoid this place. They are thieves."

"It's a little liquor store with a big reputation for great service and a nice range at great prices. I only buy from here when I'm down from Geraldton and staying nearby in Highgate. There are closer and bigger stores but I only shop here. The staff are excellent"

"I will never forget this day I went to the store to buy some drinks.I was the only customer in the store as soon as I went inside the shop the store owner and his family they started laughing so hard and long time basically until I left the store. I know is a free country people can laugh whenever they want but it was obvious that they were laughing at me some people may say how you know they where laughing at you trust me I was there but I don't know why and I think is rude and not nice thing to do. I went home and look in the mirror and asked myself why they were laughing at me maybe my shorts to short or maybe the way I walk I spend hours asking myself questions but I will never know why they thought it was acceptable behaviour to laugh at a paying customer and my shorts was not too short lots of girls have them. Whatever they thought was funny about me to laugh about they could have tried to be professionally and be discreet or wait for me to live the store and laugh until their eyes pop out.One thing I am certain about if I was caucasian they would have treated me with respect and as a paying customer. I can't believe they call themselves professional business . I hope after reading my review you will start treating all your customers with the same level of respect. I am not a person that goes out of my way to start trouble I know they were laughing at me and they know it too so I don't feel guilty writing this review I stand by my words it happened and hope it never happen to someone else not a nice feeling. This message to the owner from me can you and your family start treating people and your customers how you will like to be treated because your negative behaviours can impact peoples lives for life time. Please ! Please try to be professionally or enrol on customer service course it will help you a lot and your family, I don't mean to be rude but if you new about customer service my review would be more positive. I am all about positivity I don't enjoy bringing people down or laughing at peoples misfortune ."

"Have lived across road for nearly 20 years ,only use them in emergencies because they are ridiculously expensive and ALWAYS OVERCHARGE .No English ,no prices marked,no respect for any one !! Have watched them over the years put their p plate children in wildly expensive cars and I have seen them consistently buy their stock at Dan Murphy’s ???? Another complaint said he always looks angry and at times in last 15-20 years he has been physically aggressive and shown(subtly)eg.through grabbing my hand to move to eftpos ,extstensive experience in the darker areas of life.These are NOT good people and after trying to see their side of things for so long ,tonight is the last time I will step foot in that “shop????”Tonight I felt strongly they ripped me off ,I went back and through sign language expressed “finally” that I wasn’t going to let it go and continued to get into conflict I was not able to comprehend and physically ( I’m 6.2 and 140 kg but felt completely out of my depth!! The wife snuck me my owed money while her deranged husband carried on in viet.I say again 15-20 years my family has endured the constant short changing and barely civilised service because it’s across the road but NO MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!! These people are sick!!!"
