"Went into this store today to get some colour pamphlets and ask for some recommendations and advice as to what type of paint to buy. When I spoke to the staff member I advised that I was looking for some interior low sheen paint, he advised that there are four different types of low sheen paint, which one was I after? I then asked which he would recommend as I don't know the types and he said the most expensive one, with no other input. His responses, demeanour and attitude were extremely rude, so I just walked out. I will recommend to anyone who asks to avoid ever using this store."
